What is a dental emergency?
A dental emergency involves situations where immediate treatment is necessary to alleviate severe pain, save a tooth, or treat serious oral infections. Common emergencies include a missing tooth, severe infection, or trauma requiring urgent care from dentists at a dental clinic.
What are your centre’s opening hours?
Operating with a community focus, our dental clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. On Thursdays, we remain available after 5 pm by appointment only. Saturday appointments are available, also by appointment only, to better serve our community’s needs. We are closed on Sundays.
Do dental implants cause discomfort?
Dental implants typically involve minimal discomfort, thanks to modern techniques and effective local anaesthesia used during the procedure. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during and after the insertion process, with any mild soreness easily managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
