This patient had an early orthodontic problem, canines were coming through like a vampire. The teeth were sticking out, to the point that there was no room for the canines. He was very conscious with his smile, at his young age wanting to get it fixed. However his request was rejected by a number of prior dentists. Full braces for 12 months were applied, and now he is able to smile again with confidence.
