Summary:
This patient had bucky-like teeth all her life. Early intervention at a young age would have been the best course of action. Starting at 23 however she was always embarrassed to smile due to her two front teeth overlapping with an underbite that overstated the upper teeth line.
A 12 month course of braces helped to correct her jaw, giving a more proportional facial structure, and a beautiful side angle profile. At the same time her teeth were corrected and straightened, allowing her to smile with a broader and whiter gleem, eliminating any lack of confidence in her smile she may have felt before.
